Q. Does Cedar Grove Retreat provide linens?
A. No. Everyone will need to bring their own sheets (twin) as well as a blanket or sleeping bag. You will also need towels for the bath and the lake.

Q. Does Cedar Grove have internet access?
A. Yes. Wireless Internet is available in the Meeting Tent as well as Lakeview Hall. Please see a staff member for a password

Q. Are the cabins and lodges Heated/Cooled?
A. Yes. All of our cabins and lodges have heating and air conditioners.

Q. Is there a store close by?
A. Yes. There are several grocery stores and pharmacies nearby should you need to make a run for supplies. Our Staff will be happy to give you directions.

Q. Do I need to provide my own fire wood for a bon fire?
A. No. Cedar Grove will provide the wood, build the fire, and light it for you whenever you are ready.

Q. Will my group be the only group at the camp?
A. To have exclusive rights to the property, you must agree to pay for a minimum of 45 people. If you have less than 45 people, there is a chance that another group of your same size may be at the camp at the same time.

Suggested Packing List:

  • Pillow, sheets (twin), and a blanket or sleeping bag
  • Liquid soap
  • Shampoo and other toiletries
  • Bug spray
  • Flash light
  • Bible and notebook
  • Sunscreen
  • Flip flops
  • Close toed shoes (required for the Challenge Course and Paintball)
  • Swimsuit
  • Spending money
  • Long sleeve shirt and pants for paintball

8:00 am Breakfast served in Lakeview Hall
8:45 am Personal quiet time
9:30 am Group 1 – Challenge Course
Group 2 – Paintball
12:30 pm Lunch served in Lakeview Hall
1:30 pm Group 1 – Paintball
Group 2 – Challenge Course
4:30 pm Water Park open (weather permitting), paddle boats & canoes, volleyball game
5:30 pm Clean up / Shower time
6:30 pm Dinner served in Lakeview Hall
7:30 pm Free time
8:00 pm Night Service
10:00 pm Movie
12:00 am Lights out

Sunday
8:30 am Breakfast served in Lakeview Hall
9:15 am Personal quiet time
9:30 am Closing Service
